At Harbourside we want to make our Physiotherapy service as accessible as possible, which is why we are happy to provide Tele-Physio for those who cannot make it into clinic.
Although your Physiotherapist will not be able to provide hands-on treatment, this is a great alternative to still receive an expert assessment, education and management strategies for your concern, as well as guidance for home exercises.

About Tele-Physio
Tele-Physio is a form of virtual care that will offered through same software used for our online booking, Jane. Your online rehab session is completed electronically using video-conferencing technology hosted through the Jane system. You will receive an email 30 minutes prior to your online session with a link that will allow you to enter the session’s video conference. Alternatively, you can sign into your Jane account, and click on your booked online session to enter the video conference.
Conditions and questions
Tele-Physio can be an effective alternative to in clinic appointments for many common musculoskeletal concerns, as well postoperative care in some instances. If distance, or other obstacles, have you questioning if your current concern warrants a trip to the Harbourside clinic, a virtual check-in can be a great alternative to begin your recovery. This is a way to touch base with a Physiotherapist and determine if what you are experiencing is something that can be managed from afar, or if an in-person visit is required.
Booking a Tele-Physio appointment is just like any of our other services. Simply book online, or give us a call. We offer a free 15 minute discovery session to determine if Tele-Physio is right for you. If it is deemed that you would be an appropriate candidate, and you feel it would be beneficial, a 30 minute follow up will be scheduled.
